West Street transforms into a Giant Outdoor Food Emporium ! How

West Street is the place to be for those four feet and under! Kids Zone & Carnival by the

Kite Flyers
Bring your lawn chair to H.H Knoll Park on Sunday noon to 4:30 pm
for the largest one day kite event in Ontario as North American
Champions and other kite flyers paint the sky with their artistry
to synchronized music.

Radio wireless operators from Welland & Port Colborne
demonstrated Morse code and voice communications with other radio
hams in Ontario. Radio equipment used during the Blizzard of '77
on display. HH Knoll Park Sunday.
Duck Race
Thrill as 3,000 tiny yellow ducks float to the finish in the
6th
annual duck race in the old Welland Canal along West Street.

Boat Parade of Lights
Before the fireworks begin be sure to catch the
7th Annual Boat Parade Sunday at sunset as they file
into the Welland Canal from the lake's entrance. Contact 834-4043.
Fireworks Spectacle
Sparkle, zip and gun powder will dazzle crowds along West Street
with the not to be missed annual Canal Days Fireworks
extravaganza! Sunday night at 10 pm immediately following the boat
parade.

re-enactors, remote control model boat show, live music, food, art

Sounds of Canal Days
They'll be dancing in the streets! An array of concerts perform
live on the Charlotte Street stage Friday 6pm - midnight. Saturday
and Sunday noon to midnight, Monday starting at 1 pm. Great
